The Challenge: As part of a national safety campaign, the Federal Railroad Administration needed to translate complex grade-crossing safety protocols into an engaging, user-friendly digital experience for both motorists and pedestrians.
The Solution: I engineered an interactive educational animation that served as a key visual asset for the FRA’s public outreach initiatives. To ensure universal accessibility and responsive performance across all modern devices, I built the module using HTML5 Canvas and Adobe Animate, allowing it to seamlessly integrate into their primary safety portal.
My Role:
- Interactive Multimedia Development
- UI Design & Animation
- Section 508 Accessibility Compliance
The Impact: Delivered a lightweight, universally accessible educational tool that met strict federal web standards and successfully communicated life-saving safety procedures to the general public.

HTML 5 Animation Using Adobe Animate
To ensure universal accessibility and responsive performance across all modern devices, I engineered the project using HTML5 Canvas. By leveraging Adobe Animate, I was able to build complex timeline animations and export lightweight, natively supported code that meets strict federal web standards.
